1. 1. Parts In charge

      We are looking for a Parts In charge (Multi brand cars) with experience in maintaining the stock of replacement parts, inventory control, sourcing used parts.

      To be successful in this role you must be highly organized, anticipate the needs of our insurance accident parts source and ensure that all parts needed for servicing the premium cars parts are readily available in within the given budgeted cost.

      Responsibilities:
      Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels.

       

   2. Service Advisor

      We are urgently looking for a Service Advisor ( having driving license ) to join our growing team.

      Responsibilities:
      • Write accurate repair estimates on accident-damaged vehicles.
      • Interacting with Insurance company for Claims and handling the complete process of Accident claims
      • Knowledge of the Spare parts and body structure of the vehicles
      • Ability to negotiate and get the best price for the accident claims
      • Deal with the management of the insurance company for claims
      • Ability to read and understand the police papers clearly
      • Execute the accident jobs on the floor with the technicians
      • Follow up progress of each repair order during the day and update the customers.
      • Keep Workshop Supervisor / Manager informed of all problems involving clients, repair, and equipment.

      Experience: 3 to 7 years of GCC Experience in the Automobile Body Shop Estimator Profile
      Qualification: Minimum – Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Field.
      Age: 25 to 35 years

   3. Tele sales – female

      Job description:
      • Arrange the meetings with customers and call to real estate & insurance brokers
      • Also have experience to collect customers claims
      • she should be presentable and deliciated with job duties
      • Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s products or services, a political talking point or charity appeal to persuade potential customers or donors
      • Explaining products and product prices
      • Answering customer information about products, a charity or political beliefs
      • Obtaining customer information such as name and address for shipping products or delivering services
      • Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
      • Following up on previous customers for potential sales
      • Maintaining records of customer contacts
      • Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers
      • Arabic speaking (preferable) Not mandatory
